30 La Jolla Detached Holiday Sellers: Where Are They Now?

15 Sold. 11 Off-Market. 4 Active.

Following up on my previous holiday seller study, I’m combining both groups and looking at where those sellers stand today:

  • Study Group A: 12 sellers who reduced between Dec 1 - Jan 1

  • Study Group B: 21 sellers who pulled off market between Dec 14 - Jan 1

  • With overlap between the two groups, this follow-up tracks 30 total La Jolla detached sellers

  • 29 out of 30 sellers reduced their price - and only 1 avoided a reduction

  • The homes that sold, the homes that didn’t, and the pricing strategies that still didn’t create demand  - with unsold properties discussed discreetly by category

Real numbers. Real outcomes.

“Tara was professional, kind, and compassionate throughout the entire process. Within two weeks of contacting her I had a packed house full of prospective buyers. We were under contract with a buyer only a few days later. I truly believe that Tara was fighting very hard for my interests.”
